| UPS Next Day or Second Day Air service is available for weekday delivery. Additional charges will be calculated for you and provided as an option during the checkout process. Orders placed Monday thru Friday before 1pm CST will ship the same day the order is placed. Orders placed after 1pm CST will ship the following business day. |

| Canadian shipping and handling is provided for us by Canada Post. Charges will be calculated for you and provided during the checkout process. Package recipient is responsible for all duties and taxes. Next Day or Second Day Delivery is not available to Canada. |

| International orders (other than Canada) must be placed by calling our Corporate Offices at (877) 287-8782 weekdays from 9am to 5pm CST. International shipping and handling is billed at our cost and the recipient is responsible for all duties and taxes. Next Day or Second Day air delivery is not available to International destinations. |

| 100% Satisfaction. If you need to return or exchange any item for any reason, simply complete the short exchange/return form on the back of your invoice. Please mail your completed form with your return to: Maranda Enterprises 6350 W Donges Bay Rd, Mequon, WI 53092. Returns should be shipped prepaid and insured. CODs will not be accepted.
